Woohoo! Finally met up with YongJoo after sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long. I think it has been around half a year since we first started saying “Hey! Let’s Meet Up!”.
Went to Vivo City and ate the steamboat buffet there. It’s behind Daiso, at the 3rd Level. Can’t recall the name though 
Not many options for a buffet, and nothing very fantastic. BUT! I paid student price! Weeeeeee~ Stop glaring at me! I’m still a student okay! :p
In case you’re wondering, student price is approximately SGD18 for dinner steamboat buffet.

Anyway, 31st October was a fine day.
Rained in the morning, hence, the weather was rather cool when we reached the zoo.
Watched the shows, fed the animals and walk-walk-see-see, just like any other tourists.
Finally decided to head back home after walking for many, many, many hours.
My legs were on the verge of breaking then.
Rushed home to bathe and change for the dinner plan.
Forced/Questioned AhBoii till he had no choice but to reveal the dinner venue.
HAHA.

AhBoii was damn proud of himself.
Because he managed to surprise me.
Which can be rather difficult because I’m too smart. HAHAHA.
So he went to the toilet shortly after we’ve ordered our food.
Deep inside, I already knew he’s up to something.
I thought it’s a birthday cake to be served at the end of the dinner.
In the end this came up.
When the waitress was behind me, I looked up to see how the dessert looked like.
Then I saw the box.
My first reaction was to look at the waitress, searching for an answer as to why the box was there.
She smiled back sweetly.
That’s when I realised… OH! MY BIRTHDAY PRESENT!
It was then that I turned my head to look at AhBoii, and gave him one of my silly smiles.
It’s a very nice night and a very nice surprise ((((:
AhBoii also gave me this present.
It’s a pair of shorts that I’ve been eye-ing on ever since I had tried wearing it at Esprite.
Comfy and nice!
However, I started to feel bad the next day.
AhBoii spent alot on me for this birthday celebration.
He did not buy stuff for himself and saved up for me instead.
He’s the sweetest! <3
My sister came home this week too!
And she got me this.
Super cute right?!!!
Do you know what this is? A pouch! That’s like a skirt. HAHA.
Went out to shop earlier on and Sis bought mom SK-II products for mommy’s birthday.
She asked if I need any moisturizer/perfume as well.
I rejected her offer.
She had paid for half of my braces fee last year for my birthday.
Which amounts to SGD1500.
It’s in thousands. Not hundreds.
How could I let her buy stuff for me again?
Nonetheless, she’s the best sis!
Daddy will be cooking dinner tonight.
And I will be relaxing one corner.
As usual.

Had a very cute birthday celebration in the office.

I wanted to ask YE some questions.
I heard her entered the office next to ours.
I headed over.
But it was pitch black.
And locked.
Suddenly, I saw a shadow.
I peeked through the darkness, through the glass door.
But there’s nothing.
Probably it was just my shadow.
So I returned to my seat.
And carried on with my work.
Out of the corner of my eyes, I saw someone.
Turned my head, and there was YE.
With a cake on her hand.
It took me 2 seconds to recognize the occasion.
Oh! My birthday celebration in advance!
I smiled.
And the singing of the birthday song began.
YE then started to comment that she panicked when she saw me peeking in.
So I really did saw a shadow!
I’m so observant.
HAHA.
Anyway, YE had to hide because I was peeking outside.
Poor thing.
She always has to hide here and there for birthday surprises.
HAHAHA.

Work
I believe many people know that i’m working.
But how many of you can name the name of my company?
It’s time to introduce them to you guys officially.
Say hi to “Upstream Asia” that’s now “bite communication”.
Upstream Asia has been bought over by bite communication and makes up about 30% of the company’s total size, which is approximately 200 people now.
From a company with offices around Asia Pacific, such as Beijing, Japan, Australia, Singapore, etc to now, a global company, with offices around America and Europe as well.
The big boss from bite communication came over on Tuesday and the whole team had drinks with him at Chjimes. A nice boss. Very comfortable to talk to, and looks young too.
So, now you know the name of my company. bite communication. remember it, as you might need to come to us in future (:
Movie
Chose to watch My Sister’s Keeper over attending the Young PR Networking Night at Majestic Bar.
I cried in an interval of five minutes.
The duration for the movie was not long though. Only 1 hour and 30 minutes.
So you can calculate how many times I cry.
AhBoii was quite affected by the show I guess.
Brought back memories to him somehow.
So I dragged him to walk around for relaxation before heading home.
Hopefully he’s fine by now.
Food
I believe many of you have heard of Xin Wang HongKong Cafe.
How about Xin Wang TAIWAN cafe?
Yes, you read it correctly. And it’s situated at CityLink.

It’s worth going there to try out.
One main dish is approximately 8bucks.
Yet, in BIG portion. Real BIG.
However, unless you’re a Shi-Lin Chicken cutlet kinda fan, else, you’ll probably reconsider stepping in the cafe.
The pearl milk tea was acceptable, but Koi’s still the best so far.

The purpose was to surprise me the moment I opened my door.
And it indeed surprised me.
I was heading out for work and saw the card.
It’s a “voucher” for me to use it and redeem the stars.
Haha.
And the number of stars represented the number of days we spent together then.
